Clients ought to fill in 《The Position Specification》.
The research in the market: On the basis of our clients' order,
we will analyze and understand the market and communicate with
our clients in the purpose of seeking the effective matching
between both sides.
Sign the contract: Negotiate to sign《The Hunter Service Contract》and
fill in 《The Consignation of Invite Application for a job》so
as to clear the mutual duty, droit and obligation further. After
sign the contract formally, the company will pay the trust money
according as the contract.
Search for the talent: According to our clients' request, we
will filter the professionals in our talent archives and startup
the pluralistic hunter and the information collection counselor
in the specific district or trade. We also will seek the professionals
widely and keep the communication and discussion with our clients.
After serious and careful selection, testing and investigation,
we can assure the veracity and the aptness of the professionals.
At last, we will test the candidate in his specialty, the skill,
the character, the mentality, the guidance, the operation and
so on.
Recommend the professionals: In 3 to 7 days after sign the
contract, we will send the occupational 《Recommendation of the
Professionals》to our clients first. Then we will arrange the
interview for the company and discuss the aptness or the strengthening
investigation in any aspect together.
Employ the professionals: After the talent has come to an agreement
with the employment company and has settled all the procedures
with the old company, he (or she) can on duty formally.
Confirm each other: After the employment company has hired
the talent formally, both sides will contact us and sign the
confirmation.
Balance the accounts: After the employee on duty for 7 days,
we will receive all the rest service expenses from the company.
After Service: We will follow up continually
and know the employee' probational circumstances in the company.
